
At Protekt, I had the opportunity to shape nearly every touchpoint of the brand, helping evolve its visual identity while creating cohesive experiences across digital, print, retail, and e-commerce.
One of my proudest accomplishments was leading the company's brand refresh, redesigning product packaging to create a more cohesive and recognizable identity across the entire product portfolio. From there, I helped carry that vision across every customer touchpoint—from managing website refreshes that improved the user experience and strengthened the brand online to designing weekly email campaigns that kept customers engaged.
As the company continued to grow, I led the creative strategy behind new product launches, developing integrated marketing campaigns that spanned email, social media, and e-commerce. I also directed lifestyle and product photography, including a campaign featuring professional tennis player Jake Fearnley, ensuring every visual reflected the brand's personality and connected with its audience.
Beyond campaigns, I partnered closely with teams across the business to design everything from sales collateral and presentation decks to trade show graphics and direct mail, creating assets that supported both marketing and sales initiatives. I also developed and optimized Amazon product listings through enhanced imagery and A+ Content, helping deliver a stronger shopping experience while maintaining brand consistency across every platform.
Working at Protekt strengthened my ability to think beyond individual deliverables and view design as part of a larger brand ecosystem. It taught me how thoughtful, strategic design can build trust, tell a story, and create meaningful connections with customers at every stage of their journey.
